Quo Vadis in Trier

Cozy restaurant in old walls, super delicious food - fresh and cooked with love - and the service is very nice too! What more do you want? My recommendation!

Hmmmm it was so delicious - the food there is very tasty without being overly spicy. The pasta had the ideal cooking point, the meat was well seared and tender at the same time, and the tiramisu was perfectly composed. Really a pleasure.

Very very good restaurant. There were five of us with three children and we sat comfortably in the back. The service was great! Sympathetic, prudent, but not intrusive. The dishes were consistently delicious, the prices perfectly okay. We would come back anytime when in the area.

It was really delicious. I was good at watching and I was happy on the way back home. I will come again next time I have a chance~

Very good food. I had tagliatelle with truffle and parmesan, and my wife had a specially made pizza. Both are delicious. Please reserve a table in advance. We haven't been to Quo Vadis for a long time and regretted it after eating. Dear Quo Dads team "keep it up".

Based on the existing reviews as well as the "menus" in comparison on the net, we spontaneously decided for this restaurant at noon ... and were not disappointed. The pizzas and (important!) The espresso were good. The selection of dishes on the menu was also better than the usual standard. No negative criticism of the service, on the contrary. So, if I didn't know that these lines were from me, I would be very skeptical about the praise. The only thing left to say is: Was good, is (s) t good. We'll be back when we're back in Trier. PS: Reservation is highly recommended, preferably 2 days in advance.

Very tasty food. You can taste the high quality of the products. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. Price performance is right. It is advisable to reserve in advance as it fills up quickly.

We stumbled upon this restaurant yesterday evening and were hesitant to eat here, because let's be honest, most Italian restaurants in Trier are rather disappointing. But, we were hungry, google showed a 4.5 star rating, so we decided to take the gamble. We should have done so much earlier (we've lived in Trier for over 5 years now and this was our first visit); the staff was courteous and welcoming and had no trouble addressing us in English. We opted for a carpaccio as a starter and had a pizza ('Nigra') and fish from the specials menu as mains. Literally everything was good - at one point I turned to my wife and said "I can't pinpoint why everything is good, but it is"; our 1.5 year old daughter was sold as well, loving the bread, pasta, and fish (she ate herself very full). Quo Vadis has definitely gained a few more regulars. If I'd have to nitpick and call out minuses, I'd say the service is a tad on the slow side (but, admittedly, it was a Saturday evening and the place was near capacity), and they ran out of lamb and tiramisu (boo!). However, this gives us all the more reason to come back. Definitely recommended.

God food, Nice atmosphere

You can really spend a nice evening here. Very very friendly and good service, the food was delicious (I'm only for more cheese on the pizza). Well located in downtown Trier!

They were very rude to us. We didn’t have a reservation but the restaurant was nearly empty when we went on a Saturday night. Their regulars and owners were very rude just because we weren’t from Germany and didn’t speak the language. Wouldn’t even give a star if that was an option. Read the comment from the owner and you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about.

Nice place

Very nice place to eat. Very attentive staff, and especially friendly. Menu has good selection, the good has great taste and if good portion. Would go back if I'm in the neighbourhood again. Tip: You need to too ask for the wifi code, it's not noted on the walls or in the menu.

Amazing surroundings and a lot of interesting historical marks to visit in Trier. The hotel is really nice and the staff very service minded.

Service at height. The food is delicious, fresh, the portions are huge. They ordered royal prawns - juicy, professionally cooked. I really liked the salads. Recommended.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in trier. The food is absolutely amazing and we always enjoy the ambience. This is a great place for a nice quiet meal.

The food was outstanding. I very much enjoyed it. Had to come back every day for the time we stayed in Trier. Service was mediocre at first day (just like any other Italian restaurant when they don't know you) but then very nice after we came back.
